Three very interesting games for the Keystone this week. I'll be keeping a close watch on this conference as I feel it is much improved and has some quality teams.
Franklin Reg at Kiski
Hampton at Ringgold
Indiana at Uniontown

I wouldn't mind seeing all three of those............

Holidaysburg @ Valley
-Holidaysburg beat up on rival Altoona, but now get to tackle a team that isn’t new to the WPIAL.  This game is intriguing as with each week we will find out more and more about the mystery team in the Keystone.

Looking at the schedule Holidaysburg does not play a 2008-2009 Keystone team until week #5, although Ringgold in week #3 then FR in week #4 will be some kind of litmus test.

I put them in the game of the week because I assumed that would be a better game, but either Holidaysburg is better than projected (mostly projected middle of the pack but outside looking in for Keystone postseason) or Altoona is even worse (which they have little 2010 expectations from the local papers).

This is the 3rd season for my Keystone Report, and is first one without your Cougars.  A nice little rivalry was forming between Uniontown and Yough over the last 8 years or so.  Guess we will have to wait and see what future holds.
