Whatís happening in Golden State is crazy.  Lose KD in the offseason to brooklyn, no Thompson this year with ACL injury and now Curry out 3 months with a broken hand.  Even when they had Curry they were getting blown out.  Now they are looking like a high end lottery team.  The rest of the league is enjoying taking it to them after these last 5 dominant years.

I don't care to watch NBA....all these crybaby millionaires claiming to be 'slaves" and then LeBrons anti America behavior.  Just shut up and dribble. :)

no team in Pittsburgh so never became a real fan but if I watch NBA it's usually in the playoffs. Rather watch high school or college .

When I was a kid I liked watching the weekend afternoon games Bird vs Magic, Bulls vs Pistons but everyone loved it back then. That is when the NBA started to blow up into a worldwide thing

So you can have a political view and express it but they canít because they are rich? Or because they are athletes?

I donít agree with everything these athletes say, but I would never tell them to silence their voices.

It not always what they say, but the way they say it...or show it.  Maybe most of them should have spent more than a year in college..of course, how smart do you have to be to dunk a ball?

I think the NBA product is at an all time high. Fast paced and lots of excellent guard play. Much better than the Jordan then Shaw eras of the 90s and 00s.

Zion made his debut tonight and after a sluggish three quarters with limited minutes, went off in the 4th quarter.  Twitter exploded as he scored 17 points in a 3 minute span in the 4th including 4-4 from three.

NOLA pulled him as they are trying to manage his minutes as he returns from injury but he showed a glimpse that the hype is real.

Heís never going to play more than 60 games in a season. I donít think youíll see him playing back to back ever in his career. Heís certainly a great talent but I question how valuable a player is when heís not available for a significant portion of the season.

All that said Leonard has stated for years he will not play consecutive days under nearly any circumstance and he only was his team mvp as they won the championship. So maybe theyíre onto something.

Lebron James is only 17 points away from passing Kobe on the all time points list so the greatest of all time talk is back.

I still say Jordan is the Greatest but the debate rages on

I would agree that it is Jordan also but it is absolutely a credit to LeBron that there is even a real or fair argument here. For much of my life my take has been and still is that Jordan is the undisputed greatest. Not unlike my take as Jerry Rice as WR or my placement of Gretzky/Lemieux (Gretzky kind of HAS to be #1 but Lemieux IMO would easily then be #2 and no one else is anywhere near their stratosphere, period, although I never saw Orr play, so maybe that stratosphere ends after 3...Jagr/Messier/Howe/Crosby/Forsberg/Bellevue/Hasek/Roy/etc are nowhere near IMO).

And unlike the greatest QB argument (that one can be anywhere from Brady to Manning to Montana to Marino to even Rodgers), greatest baseball player (too many variables...my picks would be Bonds for position player and Maddux for pitcher but it would be difficult to get any consensus there, nor do I expect many to even vote with me on that), greatest golfer, tennis player, NFL RB, etc.

A player from the Utah Jazz tested positive for the coronavirus last night so the NBA decided to cancel the rest of the season.

Donovan Mitchell has it too now, teammates with Rudy Gobert.

A child who got autographs at Celtics vs Jazz game has tested positive for it also.
