@ the recently renovated Capital Theater. Ticket 36 bucks. Seating capacity 450. good crowd, lower level sold out

what does recently renovated mean? New seats with cup holders, sell beer and we have a first floor bathroom!

Guitar player extraordinaire,  played a 90 minute set. He is what might have been called a troubadour or balladeer. Interspersed songs with all sorts of stories.

didn't know anything about him before I went. didn't play in any bands, just pursued his own solo career, going way back. That unfamiliarity hampered my enjoyment. My fault not his. Could of thrown us a bone, City of New Orleans or Girl from the North Country, but that's not who he is.
