PA games, Nov. 10

Wash & Jeff at Waynesburg.  A Presidents win clinches a share of the PAC title and the automatic bid to the NCAA DIII tournament.

Carnegie-Mellon at Case-Westerrn Reserve.  Case clinches share of PAC title with win, needs help to get to NCAA tournament.

Westminster at Geneva.  The Titans can share the title but can not get the NCAA bid. WC loss to Grove City would eliminate them from the tie-breaker with W&J & CWRU.

Thiel at Grove City.  Winner takes the Mercer County Cup.

St. Vincent at Bethany. Bethany seeking first non-losing season since 2015.

W&J downed Waynesburg Saturday, 33-14, clinching at least a share of their 26th PAC title.  And, when coupled with Carnegie-Mellon's 29-23 overtime win at Case-Western Reserve, W&J wins the title outright. The conference championship gives the Presidents their 26th berth in the NCAA Division III tournament in 35 years, second only to Mount Union over that time frame.

Washington & Jefferson will travel to Danville, KY Saturday to take on Centre College at noon.  The Colonels, like the Presidents, finished the regular season at 9-1.  We'll have the game on WJPA-AM, online at wjpa.com and on the WJPA app, starting with Presidents Football Preview at 11:30 am.
