Never thought I would be posting this but Richard Sherman is a 49er.

He signs a 3 year deal with my Niners for 39 million and 5 million signing bonus.

A lot more money than I thought he would get but wow, the 49ers are ready to take over that division

Burns, Davis, Sutton, Allen will all continue to improve, which is the plan. First time in years they won't be desperate for cornerbacks going into the draft. I'm sure they will draft one but you should draft at least one CB every year. Would love to see Sutton stay healthy and take William Gay's spot. Gay is really good as a dime CB(really showed that on road against Bengals, Colts, and Lions) but he's old and he's shown he's a disaster on outside so hopefully Sutton can take over.
I have read several places that the team is strongly considering moving Sutton to Safety (he played CB/S at Tennessee in college).  That would allow them to take a lower round safety to go with Davis, Sutton, and Golden.  They could then focus on ILB and other spots of the draft.  I havent heard them linked to any DB's for free agency but I heard maybe a Timmons reunion and guys like Posluszny if the price is right.

I also like what the Browns have been doing.  If I am them I definitely go Barkley with the 1st pick. I have not been enamored with any of the QB prospects.  I say ride with Taylor and even still pursue a guy like McCarron to pair with him.  Then they can use the 4th pick for the best OL like Nelson or defense like Chubb or Fitzpatrick.

yeah I read the Sutton to FS talk too.

Yeah if they want Barkley really bad they should use the #1, pretty sure the Colts will take him at #3 if the Giants don't, the Browns can definitely get a QB at #4 or even #33 and #35. Some talk they will take a QB #1 and  trade the #4 because a few teams want to move up. They keep stacking draft picks.

I think Chubb is the best player available. But if you need a QB, you have to take one. Unless you are the Browns and pick 6 times in first 2 rounds + 1st pick of 3rd.

I think Taylor is just a rental, unless they sign him to an extension he is gonna be there for a year

Sammy Watkins expected to signs with KC tomorrow.

Keenum apparently going to Denver which means Cousins to Minnesota all but certain.

Saints resign Brees to a 2 year, 50 million dollar contract with 27 million guaranteed. Sounds like a ton of money but that is a very team friendly deal IMO especially for a qb of his caliber and all the money getting thrown at quarterbacks these days.

Rumor also is Saints are going to make a push to get Jimmy Graham back

Cousins going to Minnesota apparently at 28 million per year.

Next domino is Bradford who is being pegged for Arizona.

Can't believe Cousins got that kind of money.  He's never even won a playoff game.  Makes Nick Foles 2 year, 11 million look like the bargain of the century!!

Cousins just right guy at the right time and is getting what the market dictates.  Stanford cashed in a few years ago and soon everyone will be more than him.  When Rodgers hits the market he will get over 30 million and will continue.

I am actually a little surprised Cousins didnít get 30 million, but guys want guaranteed money and reports are all money is guaranteed to Cousins (like they do in baseball).

Jimmy Graham is going to Green Bay.  Packers cut Jordy Nelson as well.

Nice pickup for Minnesota!  I do like Cousins and think that he will do well there.

I'm hoping the Saints will pick up Jordy Nelson. Will be a nice compliment on the other side of Michael Thomas
